Terms & Booking Conditions — Papa Travels

Welcome to Papa Travels (www.papatravels.com). By browsing our packages, requesting customized quotations, or confirming bookings with our agency, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotations and Booking Confirmation

Papa Travels operates on a personalized quotation model. Quotations issued via WhatsApp or official email are valid for the timeframe specified therein, as airline ticket tariffs and hotel rates are subject to real-time seat and room availability.

2. Visa Processing & Government Protocols

Visa issuance is at the sovereign discretion of the destination government (such as the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah for Saudi Arabia). Papa Travels ensures 100% compliance and flawless submission of documents.

3. Hotel & Transport Allocations

All hotel allocations (e.g. Makkah Clock Royal Tower, Dar Al Taqwa Madinah) are confirmed prior to departure. In the rare event of force majeure, equivalent or upgraded 5-star properties are provided.

4. Amendments & Cancellations

Cancellation and refund policies follow standard airline and hotel contractual rules. Our consultants provide complete clarity on cancellation terms prior to payment.
